Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
– 2+ years’ experience in online marketing with at least 1 year of that being affiliate marketing experience managing an affiliate marketing program.
– Strong recruitment and negotiation skills.
– Have established contacts with advertisers, publishers and media networks.
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
– Driven and results-orientated.
– Upper-intermediate English.

Main responsibilities:
– Establish partnerships with new advertisers to run CPA, CPI, and CPL campaigns on their offers.
– Analyse traffic flow and advertiser’s conversion rates to ensure that best traffic finds the best offer.
– Implementation of a marketing strategy that meets the stated business goals related to the company’s total income.
– Carrying out a systematic check of for the quality of the provided traffic and fraud, monitoring the implementation of this procedure.
– Analysis of competitors’ affiliate programs, offers trends, and analysis of the conversion.
– Control over payments to partners.
– Monitoring of Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports and traffic analysis.
